The Informant: Antonio Anthony Cox

In May of 2008 our sole witness and confidential informant Mr. Antonio Anthony Cox told police that Kevin Upkins is the individual who Hijacked a car, after falsifying his name to police officers over 3 times during this line of questioning. The first problem is kthat informant was not liable nor credible.

5/22/2005 - Antonio Anthony Cox charged with Giving Falsifying Name, Address, DOB to police officer. THIS IS THE ONLY PERSON LINKING KEVIN UPKINS TO THIS INCIDENT.

In May, Mr. Cox and a female got pulled over and questioned regarding a carjacking. The following was stated from his interview with police.
